In the race to lose weight, a person adopts different methods, due to which, all these have a wrong effect on his health. It is better that you go in a right direction and make your diet with a plan. In our diet, keeping in mind the same nuances, a special plan for seven days has been made.

Every day has it’s own different diet and its importance.

This Seven-Day plan has proved to be very laborious. And it also has many benefits like-

• The dirt inside the body is cleaned.

7 Days Diet Plan

Diet plan Day 1 plan–

This is the first day of the diet. We can also call it Fruits Day. It is a bit difficult in the beginning, therefore, a person who diets on the first day has to prepare himself both mentally and physically.

Cravings (desire to eat) are reduced, for which fruits are eaten on the first day, in which twenty types of fruits can be taken throughout the day, but as far as juicy fruits (eg - orange, seasonal, pomegranate, pineapple, Use only apples, strawberries, cantaloupe). Some fruits which are not to be included in this at all are mango, litchi, grapes, chikoo, banana, do not consume these fruits at all.

Diet plan Day 2 plan –

The second day which is for the consumption of vegetables, we can also call this day as Vegetable Day. Eat different types of vegetables throughout the day, whatever vegetables are boiled or raw, or whatever the dieter likes, include them in the diet. On this day, you can take a small spoon of butter, a little salt, a little black pepper in your diet throughout the day, for frying vegetables. Eat vegetables as per your requirement throughout the day. Whether it is a small boiled potato, you can use it once in the whole day.

Here now the dieter's body has got used to that diet. The third day is kind of a mix day, there is a combination of the first and second day. On this day, according to your appetite, both fruits and vegetables can be used in equal and fixed quantity.

Diet plan Day 4 plan–

On the fourth day, many nutrients have also been reduced from the body, for which milk and bananas are used on the fourth day. Remember that milk and banana should be consumed in different forms, do not mix and make milkshake at all. You can use up to four glasses of milk and six bananas throughout the day on this day, but not too much at all as per your requirement. Now a question arises here that where banana increases weight, why has it been included in the diet? Since, three days in which the amount of salt and sugar has reached negligible in the body and banana contains calcium and potassium and other nutrients which are very good, then its consumption in a certain amount is not harmful.

Diet plan Day 5 plan–

On the fifth day, a person dieting on this day can take a meal very well, it remains almost in the form of a protein diet, as vegetarians have very few sources of protein. In which he can take sprouts, and soya big, soya paneer or plain paneer in his diet as a one-time meal.

Diet plan Day 6 plan–

On the sixth day in which we will reach the last phase of the diet and finish it and come back to our normal routine. We can also take tomato soup, or any other vegetable soup on the sixth day. Due to which the digestion process also improves gradually. And you feel the change in your body.

Diet plan Day 7 plan–

It is the last and important day of the diet. On this day you can take your complete diet. That is, you can take brown rice, vegetable, half chapati, and juice of any fruit once a day.

In this way you will feel a different change and lightness in yourself after these seven days and with this you will also see the difference in weight.

Vegetarian Diet plan time table

The first rule to follow any diet is time management. Set each diet according to its time and there should not be a gap of more than two hours in any mill and the amount of water should be plentiful. We are giving day wise timetable related to the diet which we have told you above.

2 mid-morning snacks 1 bowl Cabbage 1 glass of water

3 Lunch One cucumber, one onion, one tomato, two glasses of water

5 Evening Snacks One Green Vegetable One Glass of Water

6 Dinner One Bowl Mix Vegetable One Glass Water

Day 3 time table –

Day 5 time table –

1 breakfast, two tomatoes with salt, a glass of water

2 mid-morning snacks 1 piece small tofu (soy paneer) 1 glass of water

3 Lunch One plate Palak Paneer Two glasses of water

4 Afternoon Snacks Sprouted Grain Salad with a Glass of Water

5 Evening Snacks One Bowl Mix Vegetable One Glass of Water

Day 6 time table –

Things to note in diet

• Take the diet as prescribed in the diet on the day it is prescribed. And include only those things that have been asked to do.

• Do not take what is forbidden in the diet at all.

• Keep plenty of water. Drink water according to the quantity according to the time.

• Take plenty of sleep at the time of diet, do not let it fall short.

• Whatever you do in your routine, yoga, exercise, morning walk, let it run at the same time.

• If there is any physical illness, do diet only after consulting your doctor.

• There is not much difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian diet chart, the same diet remains for the first four days. In the last three days, non-vegetarian people can use meat, chicken, egg in soup and mill.
